The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a metal oxide nanostructure and, more specifically, to a metal oxide nanostructure manufacturing method which can manufacture a functional device having a large area and a large amount of nanostructures through a cheap and simple process by forming the nanostructures by recycling paper, especially waste paper, using unit fiber forming paper as a support body and which is environmentally friendly by recycling waste paper.
