A system and a method for recommending a destination are disclosed. The system for recommending a destination comprises: a destination recommending server which collects and analyzes social networking service (SNS) data of a user of a navigation device to compute schedule information of the user, and provides the computed schedule information to the navigation device; and a navigation device which outputs a destination recommendation message by using the schedule information and, when a guidance request is received according to a recommended destination, sets the destination by using location information included in the schedule information, and guides a path to the set destination. |
