ILIAC BIFURCATION BALLOON CATHETER

A catheter manifold assembly comprises a catheter tip, a first lumen extending from the catheter tip, a second lumen extending from the catheter tip and a heat bond interconnecting the catheter tip and the first and second lumens wherein the first lumen and second lumen comprise a bend of about 180° proximate to the heat bond. The catheter manifold may be used with an iliac bifurication balloon catheter which is operable to access other side branch arteries.
