PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling rate conversion device and a program that convert a sampling rate in a shorter computation time.SOLUTION: An input digital signal and a digital filter are each subjected to a first split and a second split, and each partition is converted to the frequency domain by FFT processing. The input signal partitions and filter partitions in the frequency domain are subjected to a convolution operation in a convolution operation unit 300 and further to decoding to the time domain for output in an IFFT (inverse Fourier transformation) unit 320. A split number D1 of the first split decides a sampling rate conversion ratio and a split number of the second split expedites the FFT operation accordingly. |
