Disclosed are a gas separation system and a gas separation method. The gas separation system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pressurization part for pressurizing feed gas; a first purification part for producing first purified gas and first exhaust gas by purifying the feed gas pressurized by the pressurization part; a second purification part for producing second purified gas and second exhaust gas by purifying the first purified gas; and a third purification part for producing third purified gas and third exhaust gas by purifying the first exhaust gas.
