The present invention relates to a radioactive compound synthesizing system which includes a storage part which stores materials required for the synthesis of radioactive compounds or synthesized radioactive compounds; a radioactive compound synthesizing module in which radioactive materials are synthesized; and a valve which is disposed on the outside of the radioactive compound synthesizing module and controls the movement of the materials required for the synthesis of radioactive compounds or the synthesized radioactive compounds. The storage part is disposed after a single use.
