PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion device which improves relative position accuracy between a capacitor terminal and a main electrode terminal of a semiconductor module and inhibits stress in a connection part between the capacitor terminal and the main electrode terminal.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion device 1 comprises: a semiconductor module 2 including a main electrode terminal 21; a capacitor 3 including a capacitor terminal 31 connected with the main electrode terminal 21; and a device case 4 in which the semiconductor module 2 and the capacitor 3 are housed and arranged. The capacitor 3 comprises: a capacitor body 30 formed by disposing a capacitor element in a capacitor case 33 and sealing the capacitor element with a potting resin; and the capacitor terminal 31 protruding from a potting surface 341 of the capacitor body 30. The capacitor 3 is fixed to the device case 4 in the capacitor case 33 so that the potting surface 341 faces the semiconductor module 2 side. The capacitor terminal 31 is fixedly supported by a support fixing member 5 fixed to the device case 4.
