PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection system suitable for real time application.SOLUTION: It is determined whether a bicycle rider exists in a target image in real time. The target image is received. By using a linear classifier, the target image is classified, and an error value on the target image is determined. When the error value does not exceed a threshold, a classification result is outputted. When the error value exceeds the threshold, a nonlinear classifier is used to classify the target image.
