A multiple-size cervical collar is disclosed which is formed from a stiff flexib le plastic material and comprises (a) a neck encircling band comprising a front por tion and a back portion and (b) a mandible support formed from such plastic material. The m andible support is vertically shiftable with respect to the neck band and lockable there to at a discrete number of positions to match standard single-sized collars and thereby accommoda te various sizes of wearers to which the collar is applied.
