a. at least one water intake; b. a water conducting tube passing through a hull of the ship and connecting to the at least one water intake; c. a hydraulic turbine positioned within the water conducting tube; d. a water intake valve positioned in the water conducting tube between the at least one water intake and the hydraulic turbine and configured to control the flow of water to the hydraulic turbine from the at least one water intake; and e. a hydraulic turbine discharge valve positioned in the water conducting tube downstream of the hydraulic turbine and configured to control the flow of water from the hydraulic turbine to at least one water outlet connected to the water conducting tube. |
