An electronic device including housing having a channel through the housing and a spring loaded connector within the housing is described. The spring loaded connector includes a head disposed in the housing and a surface of the head mates with a surface of the channel.

1. An electronic device comprising:
a support structure having a conductive trace disposed thereon; a housing at least partially surrounding the support structure and having an inner surface, an outer surface, and a channel surface defining a channel from the inner surface to the outer surface, wherein the channel surface comprises a normal surface substantially perpendicular to the inner surface, a parallel surface substantially parallel to the inner surface, and a bevel surface intersecting and sloped between the parallel surface and the inner surface to define a first diameter at the intersection with the parallel surface and a second diameter at the intersection of the inner surface, wherein the second diameter is greater than the first diameter; and a connector electrically coupled to the conductive trace and comprising a head having a side surface abutting the normal surface and having a rim surface abutting the parallel surface.
