<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic electronic component capable of preventing a short circuit failure occurring between internal electrodes and reducing acoustic noise.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic electronic component includes: a ceramic body having first and second main surfaces facing each other, first and second side surfaces facing each other, and first and second end surfaces facing each other; a first internal electrode having a capacitance part having overlap regions for forming capacitance, and a first lead out portion extended and formed so as to be exposed from the capacitance part to the first side surface; a second internal electrode alternately laminated with the first internal electrode with a dielectric layer interposed therebetween while being insulated from the first internal electrode, and having a second lead out portion extended and formed so as to be exposed from the capacitance part having the regions overlapping with the first internal electrode to the first side surface; and first and second external electrodes. A length of the first lead out portion in the length direction of the ceramic body is longer than that of the second lead out portion in the length direction of the ceramic body, and the capacitance part is arranged so as to include at least two regions having different distances from the first side surface.</p> |
