<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin accumulation magnetic reading sensor.SOLUTION: A spin accumulation magnetic reading sensor having improved signal strength and efficiency includes a detector structure, a spin injection structure, and a nonmagnetic conductive layer extending between the spin injection structure and the detector structure. The detector structure includes a first free layer and a second free layer, and the first free layer and the second free layer are arranged so that the nonmagnetic conductive layer extends between the first free layer and the second free layer, and the first free layer and the second free layer are magnetically antiparallelly connected to each other. The spin injection structure may include a first magnetic layer and a second magnetic layer with a conductive layer extending between the two magnetic layers. The first magnetic layer is fixed by a pin, and the second magnetic layer is antiparallelly connected to the first magnetic layer.</p> |
