PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized transmission using an Internet FAX by means of unauthorized use or forgery of a transmission sheet.SOLUTION: A facsimile transmission propriety determination device comprises: transmission job setting means for previously generating information on facsimile transmission as a transmission job, and outputting an identifier of the transmission job; transmission job storage means for registering and storing the transmission job generated by the transmission job setting means in association with the identifier; facsimile transmission/reception means for receiving an e-mail to which an image file of a transmission manuscript including the identifier of the transmission job is attached; and transmission propriety determination means which identifies presence/absence of registration/storage of a transmission job corresponding to the identifier included in attachment data of the e-mail received by the facsimile transmission/reception means, determines that facsimile transmission is possible when a content of the registered/stored transmission job agrees with a content of the e-mail and the attachment data, and deletes the registered/stored transmission job when it is determined that the facsimile transmission is possible. |
