<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator in which the thrust force fluctuation is reduced and the thrust force in axial direction is increased.SOLUTION: A linear actuator 10 includes a coil case 11 and a rod 12 that relatively moves with regard to the coil case 11 in an axial direction. A coil unit 15 disposed within the coil case 11 includes a plurality of coil sets 16 each having three units of coil 14. A magnet unit 20 includes: a first permanent magnet 21 magnetized in an outward radial direction from the center toward the outer peripheral surface; and a second permanent magnet 22 magnetized in an inward radial direction from the outer peripheral surface to the center. A spacer 23 made of a non-magnetic material is disposed therebetween.</p> |
