The railing has a frame forming a base that is connected with a plate in a removable manner. A barrier railing part is arranged on a transverse plane that is formed in the base. The barrier comprises a transverse tube in which internal diameter of the tube is corresponding to diameter of an external tube (10). The external tube comprises an internal bolt (12) that is co-operated with an inner wall of the tube. A locking stem (13) is removably fixed at a telescopic internal tube (11) such that a portion of the locking stem is approximately aligned with the internal bolt.
