FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises multiple frame elements to compose different functional units, for example, membrane distillation stage, steam generator, condenser, heat exchanger, filer and/or perfusion flow stage. This is effected by jointing together of welded web structures (11) to make different stacks including at least two, in particular at least ten frame elements. Note here that said frame elements comprises outer frame with flow openings and channels for steam and/or fluid and central inner zone surrounded by said outer frame.
