Disclosed is a method for determining the presence or level of an anti-TNFαlpha drug in a sample, the method comprising: (a) contacting a labelled TNFαlpha with a sample having an anti-TNFαlpha drug to form a labelled complex with the anti-TNFαlpha drug; (b) subjecting the labelled complex to size exclusion chromatography to separate the labelled complex from free labelled TNFαlpha and to detect an amount of the labelled complex and an amount of the free labelled TNFαlpha; and (c) comparing the amount of the labelled complex and the amount of the free labelled TNFαlpha detected in step (b) to a standard curve of known amounts of the anti-TNFαlpha drug, thereby determining the presence or level of the anti-TNFαlpha drug. |
