PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display management device and the like that enable an appropriate selection of a digital signage meeting a request from an advertiser and the like.SOLUTION: The display management device according to an embodiment is configured to: respectively acquire discrimination information on a radio terminal existing in a periphery of corresponding digital signage from each of radio LAN access points installed at a position corresponding to each of a plurality of pieces of digital signage; receive display information including a display content to be displayed on the digital signage and information on a display condition; select the digital signage displaying the display content from the plurality of pieces of digital signage on the basis of the discrimination information on the radio terminal and the information on the display condition for each display content; and transmit the display content serving as respective display objects to each selected digital signage.
