The present invention relates to a composition for thermal stabilization to manufacture a human serum albumin medicine and a method for manufacturing the human serum albumin medicine wherein the human serum albumin medicine includes fatty acid selected from the group consisting of fatty acid having a carbon number of 16 to 22 and wherein the method comprises a step of thermally stabilizing the fatty acid selected from the group consisting of the fatty acid having the carbon number of 16 to 22. The fatty acid selected from the group consisting of the fatty acid having the carbon number of 16 to 22 can be useful in manufacturing stable albumin in thermal treatment when manufacturing the human serum albumin medicine. Recombined human serum albumin can be industrially useful without side effects since using the recombined human serum albumin can allow the manufacturing of the recombined human serum albumin most similar to the recombined human serum albumin derived from human. In case of using human serum albumin derived from blood plasma, the medicine can be manufactured without toxicity and side effects since a composition including various kinds of fatty acid naturally existing in a body is used.
