PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer compound that has enhanced oxygen selective permeability by enhancing the oxygen selective permeability of a metal porphyrin complex even when the pressure differential is not less than an oxygen partial pressure in the air, to provide an oxygen permeable membrane produced by forming a membrane from the polymer compound and to provide an electrochemical device that has excellent battery performance by providing the oxygen permeable membrane.SOLUTION: The polymer compound has a skeleton produced by subjecting at least one kind of (meth)acrylate compound including a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and a porphyrin complex having a metal coordinated to the center of a tetraphenylporphyrin derivative (in the formula 1, at least one of R1 to R4 is a functional group having a Michael donating property) to Michael addition reaction. At least a part of the functional group having Michael donating property is added to the (meth)acrylate compound and a basic axial ligand is coordinated to the central metal of the porphyrin complex. |
