<p>The present invention is an exercise effect analysis system which analyzes and displays exercise effects from a user's pulmonary function information. This exercise effect analysis system comprises: an input unit for inputting at least the user's exercise information and lung age information; an exercise amount change calculation unit which calculates the amount of change in the amount of exercise which is the difference between a first exercise information and a second exercise information which are input at the input unit; a lung age change calculation unit which calculates the amount of change in the lung age which is the difference between a first lung age information and a second lung age information; and an output unit which displays at least one of the exercise information and the amount of change in the amount of exercise as well as the amount of change in the lung age of the user.</p> |
