摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact temperature measurement method and a non-contact temperature measurement device capable of preventing the accuracy deterioration of temperature measurement even when the angle or distance of non-contact temperature measurement means with respect to a measurement object is different.SOLUTION: A non-contact temperature measurement device 10 includes: a position calculation part 21 for calculating an angleθand a distance L of an infrared thermography 31 with respect to a measurement object W from the three-dimensional coordinates of the measurement object W calculated by stereo-cameras 32r and 32l; a storage part 22 for storing a correction coefficient map preliminarily created under each measurement condition; and a temperature correction part 23 for extracting a correction coefficient corresponding to the angleθand the distance L of the infrared thermography 31 with respect to the measurement object W from the angleθand the distance L of the infrared thermography 31 with respect to the measurement object W and the correction coefficient map, and for correcting the surface temperature of the measurement object W from a relation between the correction coefficient and the surface temperature of the measurement object W measured by the infrared thermography 31.
