PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration in steering stability due to air flowing from a lateral portion of a vehicle into a wheel house.SOLUTION: In a vehicle 10 to applied a vehicle body rear structure S is applied, a first opening portion 40 is formed in a vertical wall portion 36 and a second opening portion 54 is formed in an underfloor area 28. This causes a part of airflow A to flow into the first opening portion 40 to hit against a rear face of the inclined wall portion 46 and to be discharged from the second opening portion 54 toward the rear side of the vehicle. On the other hand, since airflow A not having flowed into the first opening portion 40 flows along the vertical wall portion 36 toward the inclined wall portion 46 to be pulled by the air flow A having flowed into the first opening portion 40, the airflow A not having flowed into the first opening portion 40 flows along the inclined wall portion 46 toward the rear side of the vehicle. This, as a result, suppresses separation of the airflow A in the inclined wall portion 46, so that the air flow A flows along the underfloor area 28 of the vehicle toward the rear side of the vehicle, thereby suppressing deterioration in steering stability due to air flowing from the lateral portion of the vehicle 10 into a rear wheel house 12. |
