发明名称 METHOD FOR POLYHARMONIC VIBRATORY SEPARATION
摘要 A method for polyharmonic vibratory separation includes fixation on the bearing construction of separator of not less than two vibration exciters, by means of those linear vibrations are formed, those are transferred through the bearing elements of the construction of the separator – tubular longitudinal elements – and connected to it tubular cross elements with screens. The tubular elements of the separator are arranged at condition of frequency of intrinsic vibrations, at main frequency of excitation equal to the frequency of alternating current in feeding electric line. In the walls of the longitudinal tubular elements frequencies corresponding to even harmonics of main excitation frequency are formed, and in the walls of the cross tubular elements odd harmonics of main frequency are formed, those together with the harmonics of higher orders form polyharmonic vibrations of broad spectrum, those are supplied to strings stretched between the power elements, those are previously adjusted to resonance in the band of operating frequencies of the machine. Vibrations generated by vibration exciters are transferred to the surfaces of the screens and, respectively, to the product separated on those, with formation of oversize and underscreen products. With account of physical-mechanical parameters of raw material inclination of the plane of the screens with respect to horizontal plane is changed due to that the tubular longitudinal elements are installed on the elastic-yielding hinged bearings that interact with the basis and the controlled cable bearing the length of which is changed with account of the physical-chemical properties of the dressed raw material.
