The present invention relates to a system for managing and consulting on college admissions, which is capable of providing respective examinees with the best college admission information by collecting and analyzing curriculum information, non-curriculum information and college scholastic ability test (CSAT) information upon college admissions. The system for managing and consulting on college admissions according to the present invention includes a server which provides a service to manage and consult on college admissions on networks, and a database which stores data required for college admissions and management for examinees. The server includes: a basic information management module which includes a human information input unit to input and manage human information about each student; a curriculum information management module which includes a curriculum information input unit to input curriculum grade information by grades for each student; a non-curriculum information management module which includes a non-curriculum information input unit to input non-curriculum information by grades for each student, a non-curriculum information evaluation unit including elements to assign a weight to non-curriculum information, and a non-curriculum information analysis unit to quantify and analyze non-curriculum information using the inputted non-curriculum information and the elements determined by the non-curriculum information evaluation unit; and an analysis and determination module which analyzes colleges with possibility to pass, based on the results analyzed by the non-curriculum information analysis unit, and provides a user with the analyzed colleges.
