The present invention relates to a treating apparatus for exhaust gas from a sintering machine including a filter unit for removing foreign substances in exhaust gas from a sintering machine; a discharging unit for discharging the filtered foreign substances on the filter unit to the external side of an exhaust pipe; and a detecting unit for detecting the malfunction of the discharging unit. The filter unit includes a bag filter installed on the exhaust pipe and filters foreign substances from exhaust gas; a blowing fan installed on the exhaust pipe and transfers the exhaust gas to a purifying unit; and a by-pass path for by-passing exhaust gas through the bag filter to the front side of the bag filter and separates foreign substances absorbed on the bag filter from the bag filter. |
