The present invention relates to a method for producing an implant fixture including a bottom fixture (10) and a top abutment, the method comprising: a bottom fixture producing step of producing a bottom fixture (10) by cutting metal in a taper shape in which a thread groove (14) for the insertion of an abutment is formed; and an abutment combining step of inserting a metallic abutment into the thread groove (14) for the insertion of an abutment of the bottom fixture (10), wherein a cap made of zirconium is wrapped on top of the abutment, and the cap made of zirconium shrinks and is fixed to the top outer circumference of the abutment when the cap is heated and plasticized while wrapped on the outer circumference of the abutment. In the present invention, the cap made of zirconium is wrapped on top of the abutment so that the implant is strong and corrosion resistance is improved; a thread groove inside the bottom fixture is made of a composite material consisting of zirconium and other metals so that the implant is stably fixed and can be used for a long period; and a setscrew unit is further formed on the outer circumference of the bottom fixture so that the implant does not wobble and is not separated. |
