An organic light emitting display device according to the present invention which can improve the uniformity of an image by correcting the property change of the driving transistor of each pixel and reduce the capacity of a memory part which stores the property change of the driving transistor of each pixel includes a display panel which includes unit pixels consisting of sub pixels and includes a driving transistor where each sub pixel uses a data current based on a data voltage in order to allow an organic light emitting device to emit light; and a panel driving part which operates the display panel in a sensing mode and a display mode, senses the mobility and the threshold voltage of the driving transistor of each pixel in the sensing mode, stores a memory part by sampling only the sensing data corresponding to sampling pixels set in the display panel, and generates the data voltage by modulating input data based on the sensing data stored in the memory part.
