PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning support system capable of obtaining a suitable answer more quickly.SOLUTION: A learning support system 100 is provided with a learner terminal 10 and a learning support server 20 capable of communicating with each other through a communication network. The learner terminal 10 transmits a problem to the learning support server 20 and the learning support server 20: receives the problem from the learner terminal 10; searches a storage unit for problem matching 23 for storing problem content and response content corresponding to the problem content in association with each other; acquires the searched response content associated with the problem content as a response; presents the problem to a respondent R with a higher priority when accuracy of searched result is lower; and receives the response from the respondent R.
