PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that is highly reliable and easy to manufacture.SOLUTION: An imaging device 1 includes: an imaging element chip 20 having a plurality of joint terminals 23 arranged in a first array on its rear surface; a flat-shaped wiring board 30 having a plurality of first terminals 31 arranged in the first array, each of which is connected to the joint terminal 23, on a first principal plane, and a plurality of second terminals 33 arranged in a second array, each of which is connected to the first terminal 31, on a second principal plane; a flat-shaped second wiring board 40 having a third terminal 41 connected to the second terminal 33 of the first wiring board 20, and a fourth terminal 42 connected to the third terminal 41, which is vertically arranged on the second principal plane of the first wiring board 30; and a signal cable 50 having a lead wire connected to the fourth terminal 42. |
