The present invention relates to a complex heat exchanger built in with a separation membrane. The objective of the present invention is to provide a complex heat exchanger built in with a separation membrane, capable of exchanging potential waste heat of raw water, with a heat-exchanging medium, which is a target for heating, and preventing the surface of the portion where the heat exchange occurs from being polluted so as to maximize the efficiency of the heat exchange. Another objective of the present invention lies within conducting heat exchange using the raw water, at the same time filtering the raw water, namely water-treated, and separately discharging the raw water. Thereby, the provided complex heat exchanger built in with a separation membrane is capable of simultaneously performing the utilization of waste heat, and the water treatment of raw water.
