PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high thermal conductance boehmite in which characteristics which the boehmite has such as fire retardancy and a high charge property are possessed, and thermal conductivity is raised; and a production method of the high thermal conductance boehmite.SOLUTION: A high thermal conductance boehmite is characterized in that a heat conductivity derived from the following mathematical formula 1 is 11.0 W/m K or more. In the mathematical formula 1, Vf is a volume packing ratio of the boehmite; λc is a heat conductivity (W/m K) of a composite of the boehmite and a resin; λf is a heat conductivity (W/m K) of the boehmite; λm is a heat conductivity (W/m K) of the resin; n is a form factor of a filler particle proposed by Hamilton and Crosser; Ψ is a value in which a surface area of a sphere that has a volume that is equal to a boehmite particle volume is divided by an actual particle surface area; and ^ is a power of a number. |
