The present invention relates to an apparatus for cooling vehicle motor heat, comprising: a first cooling fan disposed on the front of a motor and in which a rotor and a stator are disposed; a second cooling fan disposed on the rear of the motor; and a first bracket and a second bracket connected to the front and the rear of the motor, respectively, wherein a moving hole is formed inside the rotor for performing the heat exchange while moving air sucked into the motor by the first cooling fan. By using the apparatus for cooling vehicle motor heat, the front end part and the rear end part of the vehicle motor and also the rotor and the stator located inside the motor can be cooled by supplying air.
