The present invention relates to a device for preventing the misoperation of an accelerator pedal for accelerating a vehicle, and more specifically, to a device for preventing the misoperation of a vehicle accelerator, wherein the device includes: a bracket unit which is coupled to the lower end of a pedal, supports a pedal, slides the pedal to the right when pressure is applied to the pedal, and returns the moved pedal to its original position when pressure is removed from the pedal; a coupling unit which is coupled to the rear surface of the accelerator pedal; and an arm which is coupled to the coupling unit on one side and transfers the pressure of the pedal to an engine.
