PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving adhesion between a fiber reinforced organic polymer layer and a thermal spray coating at low cost and in a short time.SOLUTION: On a substrate comprising a reinforced polymer matrix, an inorganic coating is formed across an interlayer having a compositional gradient of at least one chemical element.
