PURPOSE:To facilitate the inflow of an adhesive and to prevent the overflowing adhesive from being projected to an optical effective cart by forming an inclined surface inclined toward a hole part excluding a part faced to the optical effective part of the positioning hole of a holding member. CONSTITUTION:A pair of fitting shafts 71 of an image-reformation lens 70 is inserted in the positioning square hole 131 and the positioning long hole 132 of a main body block 120, and then the image-reformation lens 70 is positioned with respect to the main body block 120. The inclined surface 135 inclined toward the inside of the hole is formed on the peripheries of the square hole 131 and the long hole 132. However, the inclined surface inclined toward the hole is not formed at a part faced to the lens 70. By supplying the adhesive to the inclined surface 135 at a part separated from the effective part of an optical member, the adhesive is led to the square hole 131 and the long hole 132, and the lens 70 and the block 120 are stuck and fixed. |
