The present invention relates to sugar-free citron tea and a manufacturing method thereof. The sugar-free citron tea according to the present invention comprises 40-50 weight% of citron, 1-10 weight% of citron extract, 15-25 weight% of agave syrup, 10-20 weight% of oligosaccharide, 0.5-5% of stevioside, 0.1-5 weight% of carrageenan, 0.5-5 weight% of CMC, 0.1-5 weight% of citric acid, and 10-20 weight% of water.
