a display panel; a photoelectric conversion device operationally connected to the display panel, the photoelectric conversion device comprising:
a photoelectric conversion element;a first field effect transistor wherein a gate terminal and a drain terminal of the first field effect transistor are electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion element;a second field effect transistor electrically connected to the first field effect transistor in parallel;a DC power supply wherein a first terminal of the DC power supply is electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion element and a second terminal of the DC power supply is electrically connected to a source terminal of the first field effect transistor; anda voltage detection circuit configured to detect a voltage generated at the gate terminal of the first field effect transistor, the voltage detection circuit being directly connected to the gate terminal and the drain terminal of the first field effect transistor.
