A mesh flange (32) installed between a hanging protrusion (22) of a manhole frame (20) and a manhole cover (24) is located at the upper edge of a pipe-shaped deodorization mesh (30) of which the upper part and the lower part are open. A plurality of downward inclined deodorization meshes (34) partially closed in the pipe-shaped deodorization mesh (30) crosses from side to side by being separated from each other. Therefore, a zigzag-shaped air path (36) is formed inside the pipe-shaped deodorization mesh (30).
