Disclosed are a system and a method for managing a battery, and a vehicle having a system for managing a battery. The system for managing a battery comprises a main relay which is arranged at a connection circuit between a battery and an electric part; a precharge relay which is connected on both ends of the main relay in parallel and has protective resistance; a capacitor of the electric part which is connected to the connection circuit; and a control unit for checking a current change amount of the connection circuit and a voltage change amount of the capacitor after the precharge relay is turned on, and detecting a physical error of the connection circuit.
