PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedding ore charging device which can smooth an upper face of bedding ores charged into a sintering pallet at a relatively-low cost when producing the sintered ores by using a Dwight-Lloyd type sintering machine, prevents the fall of fine grains of the bedding ores even if slit-shaped clearances of a grate face of the sintering pallet are expanded with age, and can reduce a basis unit of the bedding ores, and a production method of the sintered ores.SOLUTION: A sintered ore hopper 35 is arranged while adjoining to the front of a bedding ore charging device main body 21. In a place in which a clearance measurement value of a clearance sensor 42 becomes larger than a clearance reference value out of the slit-shaped clearances of the grate face 10 of the sintering pallet 2, the clearances are blocked by the sintered ores 36 which are discharged from the sintered ore hopper 35. |
