<p>Apparatus and method for combining various cleaning-, molding-, deburring or easing- methods using high, low pressure and vacuum, are claimed. The individual processes are optionally coordinated at the same time or performed with a time delay. The cleaning medium, preferably fluid comprising water is temporarily guided by a suction effect, and the medium is drawn into a container, which is emptied from time to time. Independent claims are also included for: (1) device and method for combining or demand-oriented switching of the high-pressure, vacuum and low pressure process for demolding solids, comprising regulating the working or system pressure of at least one valve, at least one bypass (35), at least one venturi nozzle and/or at least one pressure container and discharging the unwanted fluid and unwanted irrigating mass; (2) a valve, preferably designed as a gate valve for coupling to a part to be cleaned, comprising an opening in the wedge-shaped valve plate, by which in the open position of the valve, a cleaning nozzle to be introduced into the cleaned cavity, such that the cleaning beam is interrupted by the closing movement of the slide valve, a hollow body to be purified, by which an integrated O-ring or similar seal is sealed against the environment in the closed condition of the valve, where a negative pressure in the cavity can be created over the vacuum line by which the flowing back water which is introduced before closing with a water jet is drawn; and (3) cleaning and demolding a hollow body by volume, preferably tubes and castings, or cleaning blind holes in the hollow bodies, comprising coupling high-pressure cleaning nozzle to a cleaning fluid via a pressure-tight coupling, in the form of a T-piece which is continuously or periodically operating and introducing it into the cavity to be cleaned, where the coupling includes a lateral outlet, through which the flowing back cleaning fluid is removed by vacuum with the cleansed material continuously from the cavity and is supplied to a treatment plant or a storage container (10). A medium, preferably water is provided at a cleaning pressure 4-1000 bar, preferably 10-200 bar, to the molding material medium, preferably salt and abrasively removed by breaking of the core or by dissolving, where the supply of the cleaning medium from may be interrupted time to time by a slider, a coupling, a T-piece for applying a vacuum, and thus the dissolved form material can be drawn off.</p> |
