An image display device includes a holder and an optical component. The holder has an optical path. The optical component is mounted to the holder such that the optical component is disposed in the optical path of the holder. The holder has a first portion with a first edge part and a second portion with a second edge part. The holder is integrally formed as a one-piece, unitary member. The first and second portions are axially and adjacently arranged relative to each other along an optical axis of the optical path of the holder. The first and second edge parts at least partially define a circumferential edge of an aperture that is arranged with respect to the optical component in the optical path of the holder.

a holder with an optical path; and an optical component mounted to the holder such that the optical component is disposed in the optical path of the holder; the holder having a first portion with a first edge part and a second portion with a second edge part, the holder being integrally formed as a one-piece, unitary member, the first and second portions being axially and adjacently arranged relative to each other along an optical axis of the optical path of the holder, the first and second edge parts at least partially defining a circumferential edge of an aperture that is arranged with respect to the optical component in the optical path of the holder.
