PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a printing sample and to easily inspect the quality of the printing of different patterns by a simple device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a digital-data-for-printing storage device 16 for storing the digital data for printing pictures to be printed, a resolution setting device 6 for outputting resolution signals, a reference data preparation device 51 for receiving the output of the digital-data-for-printing storage device and the resolution setting device, converting the output from the former corresponding to the output of the latter and outputting it, a printing picture reader 11 for receiving the output of the digital-data-for-printing storage device, inputting the pictures printed on paper, turning them to copying digital data, receiving the output of the resolution setting device and converting and outputting the copying digital data, first and second butters 7a and 7b for receiving and storing the output of the reference data preparation device and the printing picture reader and a computing element 14 for receiving the output of the first and second butters, comparing them and outputting abnormality signals at the time of exceeding an allowable value determined beforehand. |
