<p>The binding machine, to bind sheet materials of paper or cardboard, and the like, has an adjustable gap between the binding heads. At least one binding head (4,5) has a sliding movement, operated by a drive (9,10) to adjust the interval between them. At least two clinchers (13,14) are at the binder, where at least one has a sliding movement, with a drive (19,20) to set the gap between them. The binding heads and/or the clinchers slide on a linear guide (8,17,18). The drives have an electrical, electronic, pneumatic and/or hydraulic control, and they are coupled together.</p> |
