<p>The invention relates to an electronic fuse for an electric low voltage power conduit, comprising: - a current sensor coupled to the power conduit for measuring an electric current through said power conduit, - a switch in said power conduit being connected to a switching module, for switching said switch between a interrupted and a conductive state; wherein said switching module is connected to said current sensor and comprises a switching circuit for performing a switching operation of said switch on the basis of a measured current. The electronic fuse is characterized in that said electronic fuse comprises a memory with a library of switching behavior of at least one mechanical fuse and a comparison unit for comparing use data of said power conduit with a turn off moment of the at least one mechanical fuse; and wherein said switching module is connected to a wireless transmitting and receiving device for wirelessly transmitting data regarding the position of said witch.</p> |
