The present invention provides a fiber-reinforced composite structure including photoluminescent particles, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for efficiently detecting internal damage due to external shocks applied to a fiber-reinforced composite structure, wherein the fiber-reinforced composite structure comprises a base layer made of a fiber-reinforced composite material, a photoluminescent layer containing photoluminescent particles, and an opaque light blocking coating layer placed on the top of the photoluminescent layer in order from the bottom.
