The present invention relates to an apparatus which efficiently acquires multi-variable images of a magnetic resonance image (MRI). According to an embodiment, the MRI multi-variable image acquiring apparatus includes an image analyzing unit which determines the importance of each multi-variable image by analyzing multiple MRI multi-variable images on a disease and determines an acquisition order of each multi-variable image and a multi-variable image which is necessary for the diagnosis of the disease based on the importance; and a model constructing unit which constructs a multi-variable image acquisition model of the disease by using the acquisition order of each multi-variable image and the multi-variable image which is necessary for a diagnosis.
