PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved display panel and display device.SOLUTION: A display panel of the present invention includes a display screen, a circuit board, and a wireless network adaptor. The display screen includes an array substrate and a counter substrate which is cell-formed with the array substrate and forms the display screen. A control circuit which controls the display screen is prepared on the circuit board. The wireless network adaptor communicates via a wireless network.
